RAINOUT/REFUND POLICY
In the event a regulation game (4½ innings) is not played due to rainout or other situations dictated by Major League Baseball, tickets may be either exchanged or refunded.
EXCHANGE
Ticket(s) may be exchanged at the stadium box office for any other home team Spring Training game at Peoria Stadium. Exchange is subject to availability and valid for the Spring Training 2013 season only.
REFUND
To receive a refund, ticket(s) must be returned. Ticket(s) must be returned to the appropriate contact, per the original method of purchase, as outlined below:
If game ticket was purchased by mail or in person at Peoria Stadium Box Office, send ticket(s) to:

Please include your name, address and daytime phone number. It is suggested you send your ticket(s) in such a way they can be tracked. Please retain a copy of your game ticket(s) for your records before sending.
NO REFUNDS will be issued at the stadium Box Office windows.
* Ticket(s) not returned as directed or sent to the wrong office will cause delay of refund.
* Ticket(s) can only be refunded for face value. Service charges, parking and/or other incidentals are non-refundable.
* Ticket(s) refund processing will begin after the conclusion of the Spring Training season. Please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks.
REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY: MAY 1, 2013
The refund policy stated above only applies to cancellations due to rainout and/or circumstances dictated by Major League Baseball. No other refunds will be given once order is processed.
